Sarah works on the family farm in Cambridgeshire with her father Les, who has been breeding pedigree Hereford and British White cattle there since the early 1970's. The Albany Hereford herd is predominantly bred using Original Population genetics, where the aim is to continually produce profitable, commercially desired carcasses from the very lowest of inputs. Sarah has been involved in cattle showing from a young age and today presents stock for herself, her father and professionally for other exhibitors at shows all over the UK. At home on the farm, office work also keeps her busy as the Marketing and Publicity Officer for the British White Cattle Society and as part of the publicity team for the Traditional Hereford Breeders' Club.
